I liked the location, it was easy to get to and walking distance to medano beach
The pool looked dirty, water was cloudy and greenish. I didn’t feel like using it because of that

In general terms, the hotel is great! However, the service is basic.
The location is perfect, as most activities in the city revolve around the Marina, and this hotel is literally situated within the Marina. We opted not to take the all-inclusive option because there is a grocery store nearby. The bellboy and security service were amazing, though the service at the bars was pretty basic.
Upon our arrival, the staff wanted to give us a “quick” talk about the hotel but then tried to offer us a visit to their new complex, enticing us with a “free breakfast.” We declined their offer, but they were insistent. Be careful with these timeshare strategies…

Great location, expensive food and transport.
Location is perfect, but don't use any of their overpriced services, including average food at super inflated price. resort amenities all cost money, even coffee. Breakfast was just ok and expensive, eat elsewhere. Transportation is double cost of any other option, Uber instead. Go to the nearby market and stock your fridge with water and coffee, etc. They dont have keureg so you will need grounds and papertowel or filter.
resort prices for food/coffee/transportation. Attaching a pain in the ass key to my wrist that I can't take off until I leave. Keeping out other company's transportation. Room clean charge not quoted in price. Still worth it for the location/view/cleanliness/security
